This is Micro-Scott. He's not really that small, but is the smallest of the 4 Scotts. He's demonstrating how Chinese children really have no concept of what clothing is intended for males and whats for females. Sadly you can't see his pink gloves that have tiaras on them. That's not a joke, they really do.
